All Elite Cameron Core Cutters utilize the same free running; crush cut knife principal providing clean burr free cuts, quickly and efficiently without noise or dust. The CC100 is a very efficient converter size machine normally held in stock, and designed for relatively low volume core users. The CC100A is a low cost semi automatic machine, which has been designed for the converter who has a medium volume requirement of various different cut sizes. The operator loads the parent core on to the loading chute and enters the cut size and quantity required. The machine grips and indexes the core in to the machine, takes a trim cut and proceeds to cut the size and quantity requested, ejecting the finished cores on to the loading chute or into a container mounted below the cutting area. The core and cutting area are totally enclosed for safety. The CC150 is designed to accommodate large core diameters up to 400mm and lengths up to 5 meters. Although a manual machine the blade is indexed pneumatically eliminating operator fatigue and eliminating safety issues. This machine is particularly popular in Paper and Board Mills The CC200 Semi - Automatic Core Cutter is a technological market leader and is aimed at high volume cut core users that require superb accuracy. The servo driven CC300 is fully automatic and can be left running without supervision. Information can be down loaded from a remote source eliminating the need for a dedicated operator.
